Is this data legal to use?

Yes. All datasets are sourced from official government and public registries published under open licences (Open Government Licence for UK, Creative Commons for AU/CA, US government public domain). You are free to use the data for commercial purposes including sales and marketing. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

How is it delivered?

After payment you receive a secure download link by email within seconds. The link gives you access to both CSV and XLSX versions and is valid for 48 hours. You can download each file up to 3 times.

Can I get a refund?

Because datasets are digital products delivered immediately, we are unable to offer refunds once the download link has been accessed. If there is a technical issue or the file is corrupted, contact us at support@vantagedata.co.uk and we will resolve it immediately.

How often is it updated?

Each dataset is a snapshot — a clean extract for a specific month or quarter. New snapshots are added automatically on a regular schedule (monthly or quarterly depending on the source). Each product page shows the snapshot date so you always know what you are getting.

What format are the files in?

Every dataset comes as both CSV and XLSX. The CSV imports directly into any CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive). The XLSX has formatted headers and is ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets without any transformation.

Can I use this for cold outreach?

Yes. The data contains business registration information — company names, registered addresses, sector codes, and similar public corporate data. This is business-to-business data sourced from official registers, not personal data of private individuals.
