Build Prospect Lists From Government Registration Data
New company formation data gives sales teams a direct feed of high-intent prospects — businesses that registered in the last 30–90 days and are actively making their first purchasing decisions.
How it works
1. Download monthly formation data
Get all companies incorporated in the previous month as a clean CSV. Each record includes company name, registered address, SIC industry code, and incorporation date.
2. Filter to your ICP
Use SIC codes to keep only companies in your target industry. Filter by postcode or region for territory-based teams. Set a company type filter (private limited is usually the primary target).
3. Find the decision-maker
Cross-reference with Companies House director data to find the founder name. Search LinkedIn by company name to locate their profile. Or send direct mail to the registered office.
4. Reach out in the window
The 30–90 day post-incorporation window is when new businesses are actively choosing suppliers. Contact them here and you are not competing with incumbents — you are being first.
